buy urself something. that always cheers up a female. do **** for urself, put urself first and no one else. that, too. drink or hang out w ur friends. or smoke some to chill out and hav fun. it works. it calms u down.

I hope you have a good birthday anyway...my birthday is near yours, June 28th, and I have had some bad luck around my birthday too. Let's see, I don't have a job, I don't have a car, the guy I like is very shy and still won't talk to me, and I have to have a surgery eight days after my birthday. Try to look on the bright side...tell yourself that love can conquer all, and it doesn't matter how far away a person is; you'll still love them and care for them. Maybe you can talk to your bf on the phone on your birthday. Maybe someone could treat you to the movies.

first off drop the food and go for a walk or talk to a friend. go see a movie. just enjoy what you can and don't look at all the negative stuff in life good luck and happy early birthday

On ur birthday at 12 pm wish urself happy birthday,pray to GOD,have ur favourite breakfast,lunch,dinner.Do what u like to do when u like to do as ur wish.Make the day special only by urself for urself.Trust me it works i have done it for so many years its great

Find a hobby: read a book, write a paper, write a book, walk your dog, clean the house, exercise, dont eat too much, find a workplace, hangout w. ur friends, listen to sum good music, uuumm, etc.....lol

mind controls the body and body controls the mind, so control the body, do what you would do when you are extremely happy...
move your body rapidly....have fun, freak out...you cant stop being happy when you body is acting crazy...
be silly ...do silly things..then there is no way for you to be miserable....dont focus on what is not there........
In one word .....be CRAZY..
