That's a really stupid and childish question. For one thing if you are talking about America and you consider that probably 25% of people could be considered ugly, you'd need to find a home for 75,000,000 people. You'd need a desert island bigger than Britain to house that many people. Then there is the minor problem that most politicians are ugly old men, so it is unlikely they would pass such a law.

Even if it was practical, you'd have heart rending situations where ugly members of a family were taken away leaving people without parents or siblings.

To even ask such a question proves that you too would be sent away. Because even if you are pretty superficially, you are definitely ugly, stupid and fat on the inside.

The problem with that solution is that ugliness is relative to what others look like. If you got rid of the uglies, new people would take their place in your mind. Eventually you may be considered the ugliest. It would keep on going until there is just one beauty left. Better to let everyone co-exist knowing that the ugly will always be with us. :)
