A great job would be a job that would allow me to:
a. Use my skills and abilities, as well as education;
b. Pay me well enough to live financially comfortable (so
I don't always have to struggle paying bills);
c. Has some type of retirement program, so when I do decide
to retire, I will have some income to retire on other than
the government transfers which is all I have now;
d. Is interesting enough to present challenges on a regular
basis, while I have a team of colleagues to work with;
e. Is in an environment where there is no tolerance of workplace
bullies or other types of harassment; and
f. There are opportunities for advancement, as I grow in the job.
Unfortunately, 90% of all jobs available out there are low-paid.

A great job is something that you enjoy getting out of bed in the morning for and it gives you a feeling of purpose. There isn't anything better than the feeling of fullfillment and positive well-being. Do what you love.

I would LOVE to have a job that is mentally challenging!!! I have a degree in Art & Graphic Design, but I interview people on the phone all day.
My ideal job would be creating personalized graphics for companies or individuals. I have done some work for individual E-Bay stores.

My idea of a great job is when you can go to work looking forward to it. A place that is welcoming to new ideas or suggestions. A place where it doesn't feel like it is a chore going there.

My idea of a great job, is one like mine. Become a casino games dealer. You get to meet people from all walks of life,you get free meals, there are live bands every night, good atmosphere, and did I mention the pay; Excellent.
It's like getting paid to party everyday

Someone asked me one time "If you could do any job in the world, and get paid great money for it, what would you do?"
Answer that question. That would be your job.
(my answer was to be a greeter at Disney)

Agreat job is what you make it, if you have a job as a exec which would bring you lots of money and you hate it , thats not a great job, if you have a job at McDonallds and you love it, thats a great job.
