soak in warm water with "bath therapy" (a brand of minerals & salts specificly formulated to ease body pains) or take a hot shower, take some ibuprofen & magnesim 3 times a day . get a hold of some "Dogel" gel (ibuprofen gel) & apply it to sore areas after you get out of the shower (apply 3 times a day or every 4 hours) or if not readily available use "bayer" muscle & joint cream. take no stimulants! eat 1 bannana & a glass of juice every morning, as the sugar in the juice will speed recovery & allow the potassium in the banana to be absorbed quickly. get pleanty of rest (sleep is most important) & drink plenty of fluids. carb load during the morning/after noon & protein load in the evening.

thats probably the best "basics" you can do with out going too overboard

the "Dogel" is the best, thou it may be hard to find in some areas the stuff works great.

Believe it or not, the only way to process the lactic acid that's hurting you is through exercise. Aerobic exercise. Go for a jog or bike riding. Also very warm water and a good massage will help move it out of your muscle cells and into the bloodstream.

Warm shower and a rub down with a massage bar. Maybe some ibuprofen if you're really in pain - then you need to try some gentle stretches. GENTLE being the key word.

OK, no one has said anything yet about banana's. Banana's is pure potassium, potassium repairs muscle. Eat banana's along with hot water, and stretching, repeat as necessary. The more you workout the less your muscles will ache

Maybe you have a rheumatism. Please see a doctor and check your furin/acid in your blood .If your uric acid more than 7 it is right you have a gout..You must eat drinks and foods which contain less acid.Drink only soft drink ,no alcoholic drink..It is not good for your health
But if your blood test result showed everything is ok,so you need only be messaged . or otherwise you have another disease

First take some naproxen. Then start doing some stretches. The only thing that's going to loosen the muscles up is working them. I know it is painful. Sorry.
