I took it to an Apple store but they said they didn't replace them. Does anyone know who does? I live in Sacramento CA. Thanks! PS it got scratched up while inside of my iSkin, the person who helped me at the Apple store thought it could be cleaned but she didn't have any luck. Lame!

wow, i was just gettin ready to say take it to an apple store. if you have a warranty, they should be able to replace it. but if u cant, my friends was the same way and he took his and replaced his with a new ipod at best buy, which also had more gigs. if u do this, just be sure not to get caught.

There is a product which I dunnot remember the name (sorry) that is for removing scratches from cell phones screens. It might work for iPodes.
So try Radio Shack or cell phone stores

I also have a zune and that i like it. the reveal screen does have comparable res as ipod yet you cant tell while your gazing video clips or something. and the zune industry doesnt have vids yet yet i referred to as and asked and that they mentioned that they could have them quickly. the zunes battery lasts alongside time.
