Killing innocent babies? Uhh...NO! What's wrong with this world?
Did you know that at conception ALL aspects of the person are there, just not developed. So, even at the embryonic stage, abortion is murder.

I think that abortion is always wrong. People don't like to admit that they are killing a living being. Everyone started out that way and its not fair to take someone Else's chance of living away from them. I met a lady once who worked at this center against abortion. Her mother had been raped and had gotten pregnant. Rather than get an abortion she gave her daughter up for adoption, and now the daughter goes around the world preaching against abortion. That's just one circumstance, and even though that is NEVER an easy situation and I completely sympathize with the decision these women have to make, I also know that it's not the child's fault that they were conceived under these circumstances. And as for women who are just out having sex and getting pregnant, they really should be more careful and take responsibility for their actions. People shouldn't have sex with other people unless they are willing to deal with the consequences, and ESPECIALLY don't sleep with people who won't help you with those consequences. After all, no one gets pregnant alone! And many times after an abortion women become depressed, and over half of women who have gotten abortions immediately regret their decision. So why would a woman want to make herself suffer so much? There is really just no upside to abortion. Anyone who is thinking about getting an abortion should watch the movie "The Silent Scream" it's a film created by an abortion doctor who wanted to prove that abortion is harmless. After making the movie, he retired. By the way, when an infant is developing in the womb it's nerves are a hundred times more sensitive then those of an adult, so every thing they feel, they feel one hundred times more than we do. Just some food for thought.

Abortion is murder. What has the church got to do with it?
People will come up with all these silly arguments like what if it's rape? Well what if it is? Why would you kill an innocent child just because of the way he/she was concieved? If someone ends up pregnant for whatever reason and decides they don't want the baby, there is the possibility of adoption. Loads of people want to adopt babies. Then you have got people who will be like, what if the child is resented blah blah blah. Well what if the child is planned and then dumped on a childminder all day? Well I could go on forever and ever but I won't.
If and only if the mother's life is in certain danger then maybe abortion could be considered. Still, personally I'd be more likely to risk my own life I think. I mean, if I had to choose between my own life and one of my children, I know which it would be.

i think it's sick when people say they are pro-choice (pro-abortion) and then go to church, and/or celebrate mother's day or father's day, or worse... celebrate christmas which is all about birth!
im against it. adoption is a better choice than abortion... people's defense against this is that they "might get attached to the baby" or something like that -- isn't that better?!
people try to fight for this, because they're saying that a woman has a right to do whatever's going on in her body. but what about the child's right? they don't consider a baby in the womb, alive -- that's kinda inhumane. i hate it when they pull all this "animal rights", or even "HUMAN rights" act -- then be pro-abortion?! 2 weeks after conception -- the fetus already has a heartbeat.
if they think they have the right to do anything they want with their body, then why did they become so IRRESPONSIBLE in the first place?! what is their excuse for having unprotected sex? are they gonna die if they didn't have unprotected sex?
i would understand if the woman was raped, or her life is jeopardized if she were to give birth. but a woman who's irresponsible and wants to abort the baby because she "isn't ready" -- then i guess she wasn't ready for sex either, was she?
to those people who are pro-abortion: how would you feel if your own mother had you aborted? maybe you didn't get enough love from your own mother, so you don't know how to respect another human life.
there was a student in my high school who was always in trouble and constantly called by the principal, finally the mother was upset and told him "i wish i had aborted you" -- he committed suicide that night. so to those people who are pro-abortion but against suicide -- give me a break. you'd preach crap about how important a human life is and how somebody should never choose suicide as an ANSWER -- and here you are, murdering an innocent child who didn't even get to choose. at least for the person committing suicide -- that's his/her choice. im not saying im pro-suicide. im just using this to explain my point.

abortion is just that. a way to abort a future child. if a female does not want a kid, i think its the SMART way to deal with it instead of having a child u dont want, cant afford, cant handle, or give away. now if u r raped or some ****, definately abortion, or if you may hav difficulties delivering, that's another reason to do it. i used to be WAY against this, but as i grew up and experienced things in life, and just LIVED LIFE, i came to realize another side of that picture. so many, especially males, are against it. but why dont you try being pregnant w either a child u do not want, cant have or handle, cant afford, etc. there are so many reasons to not bring a child into this world, and it's better to not do it than to do it and desert the child or not give them what they deserve. sure there is adoption, but i dont believe in that. i could never do that after carrying my own child for 9 months. couldnt bring myself to ever do that.

I am against it usually ,I'm Catholic, but sometimes there are circumstances.Imagine a woman raped and then gets pregnant, not only does she have to go through the trauma of that abuse ,but if abortion was illegal she would have to go through the trauma of pregnancy and the birth of a child that was the product of a vicious attack, that's just cruel that's mental torment,so I think in certain circumstances abortion is okay.

I am for abortion. I don't agree with taking away lives but sometimes teenage mothers don't have insurance, get shunned from their families even if they give the baby up for adoption. The hospital rates are high and there are growing population size. However, I believe that teenagers should be more careful.

I think if a female get's raped then it should be her choice, I think if some blood relatives get pregnant then abortion should be considered, if both the pregnant mother and baby are both expected to die if the pregnancy continues then an abortion should be considered, anything else is just an excuse of someone not wanting to take responsability

To me, abortion is like getting a tatoo or having a vasectomy - it's a private issue and a personal choice. Abortion is not a matter for debate - it's no one's business what another person chooses to do to their body,
