The scratches weren't on it before I rolled my window down but when I rolled it up it had scratches on it.

rub a good quality car wax on the windows and let it dry.Buff it off and the windows will be like new unless the scratches are deep into the glass then all you can do is replace it.Try to keep the wax off the black rubber around the widows as this is a little harder to get off.

It depends on how deep the scratches are. If you can catch your fingernail on the scratch in the glass, it is probably too deep to remove. Hairline or very light scratches can be removed or lightened using an abrasive compound. Start by using an automotive-polishing compound or a whitening-type toothpaste. Hand rub in a circular motion. It may take awhile to make any progress. There are also special glass-polishing compounds available from a glass company you can use, or you can use iron oxide (also called jeweler's rouge or polishing rouge) which is a very fine, dark red powder available at hobby shops or jewelry supply stores. Mix 1 ounce of iron oxide into a paste with 1 ounce glycerin and 1 ounce water. Put a small amount on a cloth and rub the scratches. Wash it off with clear water from time to time to check your progress. It may take awhile to see results. Be careful not to apply too much pressure or you could shatter the glass. If you use a glass-polishing compound, you can use a power buffer. This requires a lot of pressure, and is recommended only for mirrors or glass that can be removed and laid flat and supported from underneath. Another option is to contact a glass company and have your table top professionally buffed. However, if the scratches are too deep, they will be permanently etched into the glass and will be permanent. In that case your only option is to replace the glass.

Touch the surface of your window.....embedded scratches should be removed by an automobile glass replacement specialist. They would buff them out. Serious scratches are replaced though because the integrity of the glass has a weak spot. Fillers work, but you know they are there once the filler is applied. You can find them at just about any auto parts store.

Glass polish or any kind of polish for that matter, including cerium oxide, will not remove deep scratches from glass. There are professionals with machines that can remove deep scratches, I have a business which does just that. More info can be found at our web site: www.scratchlessglass.com.au

Is it actually scratches in the window, or do you have tint that scratched? In either case, do have whatever caused the scratches in the first place fixed. If it's just the tint it can be removed and reapplied.

first you need to remove the inner door panel and repair what ever is hitting the glass then you can get a glass polish at just about any auto parts store and rub it on there following the directions on the bottle. that should take them out provided that they are not really fat or deep.
