One life sentence for every child he sold drugs to. That compensates for the number of lives he destroyed, not only now but in the future.

30 years in jail with no parole. Make them help out in the hospitals where children come to the ER from over doses. Make them sit in on counseling groups where parents have lost children to drug abuse. Show them the reality of what they are doing.
