5 to 10 years.....is that still possible with all the choices and temptations nowadays???i've tried it twice and not got past eight..i think and so do others that i'm a decent guy but yeah i do get bored same as everyone else....everytime an argument occurs i feel somehow it breaks the relationship a little being it a big argument of course...but also years ago i feel that the majority stuck together no matter what happened for the sake of the kids,but it's too easy too walk away and start again,both partners work, they must in order to survive and live the so called decent life...(or rat race)which must put a huge strain on the marriage because the wife in a majority of cases end up doing too jobs ,i.e coming home from a hard day then cleaning cooking etc......so for me the answer is yeah it's still possible cos those kinda people still excist as decendants of the formentioned but as time passes they will i'm sure become fewer and fewer unless of course you both stay strong keep working at the marriage,help each other,be honest with each other and keep talking to each other........

ME! We've been married 9 years and still find something new! I can't wait for the kids to leave because I'm sure it will get even better.

my sister just gone 15years this year she was married when she was 19 and it's still going strong yeah they argue but who doesn't it helps to release stress by arguing. it's a bit like a job if it starts to get a bit harder you don't just quit you put a bit more effort in to make it work

Yes, the chemistry is still there.
It can take hard work though - but its worth it.
