Yeah it's normal what would be not normal is if you were 30+ yrs old still talking in a boyish voice and your testicles didn't drop!

uuuh... buddy... people go through puberty at age 11 and 10... so ur not dying or over maturing.. or less maturing.. people begin puberty when it wants to.. it could even start at 16 or even 17..
