Aquamarine reminds me of a fish tank
Phoebe is nice
Penelope reminds me of the actress or a pine apple

I would pick Phoebe. The name Aquamarine seems like something you would name a object, it seems too water like. I wouldnt name my child something that I would hate to be named myselfe. As for Penelope that name is just too cartoonist in my opinion, it reminds me to much of the girl from the Disney Channel. The name Vivian seems too oldish. The name Phoebe seems more appropiate for a girl. As for Penelope and Aquamarine these names seem like the person who has them would get picked on easily. For example, if you named a girl Penelope they could get teased by having a name that a cartoon has. Thats like naming a son Nemo after the fish in the famous disney movie "finding nemo''. The name Aquamarine is a move and I could never picture naming any child after it.

If I was a young girl, I would prefer if my mom would have named me Phoebe out of the names you listed. It's also a good name for her as an adult as well, so it works out perfect. Kudos to you for picking a more unique variety of girl names because too many people are going with the popular stuff.
