I work part-time as a Biller/Processor for a small distributing company in the mornings, at $12.00 an hour.
Then I'm a licensed Real Estate Agent and do real estate business in the afternoons ...I'm paid on commission... averaging $2000.00-$3000.00 per closing. I don't, but I could easily have 1-2 closings every month... if I worked at it full-time. I choose to only do it part-time and only on a referral basis, so I make a lot less than that.
