I gave the guy I like my email address. And now we are emailing each other and stuff. But I wanna ask him if we are friends, but I don't want too. But are we?

Well if you're e-mailing back and forth then it's a start. Don't judge too quickly though. If you really wanna ask him though, ask him. Be like this: "So since we've been e-mailing back and forth, would you say we're friends?" If you say it straight out it's better than beating around the bush and hesitating.
Look at the way he e-mails you, does you talk to you like you are his friend? Or does he just seem to answer all of your e-mails to him in once sentence or one word?

Nothing wrong with being friends. You can say something like you enjoy talking with him over the web and value his friendship. This is a nice way to make friends. Be careful. There are many predators out there...some people on the we do not have good intentions and will try to become familiar with you for bad reasons.

Ask him if u guys are cool and friends! If he says yes to both, then tell him that u dont want any secrets hidden between us. Then say softly "I like you and wanna be more then friends". If he says i do to then he's ur man but if he says no then take it easy cuz then if he says no he's missing out on something very awesome! I like to be ur friend! My email is lilcutiepri@yahoo.com. Email me some time!!

Ask to borrow some money and if he says "no" then you know he is a friend. Friends never loan each other money.
