It's completely normal to have wrinkles on your penis my dear. They are there so that when you get a "hard on," Your penis will expand and the wrinkles will be gone. YOu are fine.

I think the only way to get rid of wrinkles is to keep it hard when someone important is looking at it, or at least semi hard
