Ok, I've done this many times. Of course, jack the rear up and remove the wheel. Make sure you dont set your parking brake before you jack it up, cause the e-brake will grab the drum and hold it in place. Just chock the wheels very good. Once the wheel is off, there is no more hardware holding it on, but it might be tough to pull off...you just have to wiggle it, jerk on it, cuss a lot, but eventually it will come off.
If you try that and still cant get it, remove the little rubber plug on the back side of the brake assembly and loosen the brake with a small flat head screwdriver. You will see a little barrel with teeth all the way around it,and there will be a small spring-loaded tang pressing against the teeth. Just pull the tang up and use another screwdriver to rotate the barrel.

I would suggest you go to PepBoys and get a Chilton Manual for the vehicle, cost about $12.00 If you tear this thing down without knowing what you are doing you'll need this book to re-assemble it

all of them are good. sometimes the drums do exactly no longer decide again off. I had to cut back some off a sixty seven Chevelle with a torch one time yet often adequate pounding and pulling will ultimately get it executed.
