Without a doubt Harry and Hermione would be the best choice. They are perfect for each other. Hermione has always been there for Harry, even when Ron turned his back on Harry during the Triwizard Tournament. Hermione always stood her ground next to Harry. When Hermione looks at Harry, she see's the real Harry. The Harry Potter who had to grow up way to fast. When Ginny looks at Harry, she only see's the boy who lived or the Savior to the Wizarding World.
I honestly think that Ron would be better off with Luna Lovegood. Her Dreamy aura would work wonders on Ron.

Harry and Ginny absolutely! Besides, Hermione is in love with Ron. Plus Harry just thinks of Hermione like a sister.

Harry Ginny! At least it is realistic. I mean, I see Hermione as a sister type figure to Harry. Well, not a sister but you know, someone to look after him and help him. Ginny is pretty realistic especially after Half Blood Prince.

Harry/Ginny
Ron/Hermione
Luna/Neville (I love Luna)
Fred/Angelina
Tonks/Lupin
Dumbledore/McGonogal...LOL JK

I havent read the books yet [I'm waiting for the 7th so I can inhale them all] but the leaning of Harry and Ginny is cool. I think Hermione would be better with Ron. Their means of playing off one another suits them well.
