There is some movie about a guy who accidentally kills his friend in a game of catch, and the sister wants revenge. But at the same time he is challenged by the hardest team in the league to a game of hockey. He is the team captain, somebody is trying to kill him, and is under a ton of pressure. It is supposed to be really scary, and great.

sounds kind of cool. did you think of it yourself? At least it has an original plot. I would pay to go see it.

Don't like the violence angle...better if he his accidentally hurts his friend so he can't play in the 'big game', and that's when he becomes captain - a more 'psychological' thing. Really like the hockey idea - different than the usual gang crap or the traditional basketball, etc.

I dunno, ive seen too many films with really similar plots, just different sports and tragic events at the start.
