The mathematical answer is that P=0
The physics answer is that P>0, albeit EXTREMELY small.
For instance, P is certainly > 10^(-10^100) = 1/googolplex
This is primarily due to the nature of quantum mechanics. A particle has a positive probability of being other than where its "supposed" to be (Heisenberg et al). Therefore, just before drawing the card, there is a positive probability that the particles which produce the pigments which form the picture of the number card you are about to choose instantly rearrange themselves to form a picture of a King. Again, the probability is EXTREMELY small, but still > 0.
For an interesting treatise on the subject, see "The World of Mathematics" by James Roy Newman, and look for an article discussing the number googolplex. (I forget the name of it, or the volume #, but its there. I cant put my hands on my copy at the moment.)

You need more info maybe. What if the pack also had no non-face cards? 0/0 is indeterminate.
The technical math term for zero is zero or no chance!

You would have to put the number of cards in the deck over zero since their are no face cards and you want to pick a king.
SO THE ANSWER IS:
0
---------
# of cards in a deck
(Sorry, I don't know how many cards are in a deck!)
