I know that in August, Wendys will offer healthier oil to use in their french fries and chicken nuggets. But which of the 3 offers the healthiest burgers and fries today?

"With the new oil — to be rolled out in the USA and Canada in August — a large order of Wendy's fries will drop from 7 grams of trans fats to 0.5 grams. And a kids-size portion will drop from 3.5 grams to 0 grams.

The oil also will cut trans fats in fried chicken items to 0 grams per serving. The healthier oil also has about 20% less saturated fat."

Burger King has a veggie burger. Minus the mayo and it's probably the healthiest.

Wendy's by far. They now have combos so you're not stuck with a bunch of junk foodish things too.
