I am a college student and tired of renting so i want to try to buy cause rent is too expensive especially in USF area.

Anything that you find in that price range in Tampa will either be very small or very much in need of repair. I just moved from that area, and it is very expensive. But, if you type mls tampa fl in your search engine you can see some of what is available, and can hopefully locate a Realtor to work with. It has become a buyers market, and that should help you.

Get a real estate agent who is a buyer's agent. There is no fee for it. Also check the condos and houses for sale ads in the newspaper.
