No you need to create a paypal account and to do that you need to have a credit card and be 18.

lie about ur age on ebay and u could put a credit card. ebay will not accepy yahoo accounts but u can get hotmail and aol or aim.

yes there is a way if your mom or dad wont let you use there's you can go to some gas stations and get a debit card.

You can probably do that but that is a FEDERAL OFFENCE, they can track you down when they find out and you cannot hide.
