i can't decide between gilda radner or john belushi. that show was never the same after they left.

Gilda was awesome. Rosanne Rosanna-Danna and BaBa WaWa were absolute classics. That whole cast was great Chevy, Jane, Akroyd, Murray, Belushi .. brilliant.
Eddie Murphy (Mr Robison's neighborhood)
I really enjoyed the years that included Mike Myers, Phil Hartman, Dana Carvey (I took him SCUBA diving once), Dennis Miller, Kevin Nealon, Victoria Jackson, Chris Farley, David Spade, Adam Sandler, etc.
It's a hard choice amonst such talent, but if I had to choose one favorite, I guess it would be Dennis Miller.

I loved those episodes! I was too little to remember the beginning SNL cast but it seems that the older the episodes the better!!!
