If we take a Look at every Samoan Wrestler that has ever graced wrestling you will see alot of similarities, First the have extremely high pain thresholds, second they have hard heads and can headbutt anything and still be walking ( if i broke a 2x4 over my head id be hurting pretty bad) they all used the Samoan spike at one time or another and they all had that wirey hair like they stuck their finger in the light socket look... Umaga is no different its a tired old gimmick that they use when they needs to spice up a story line or two that are failing.. That is all they ever did with the Wild Samoans and Meng or Haku was a horrible "wrestler" he was just big and could pull off the stunts and he took alot of "Lumps"... Vince and his creative team needs to salvage Umaga before what ever popularity he has dies.

I do. Actually the moves he uses are unique and done well but the gimmick is all wrong and overdone so many wrestling fans ignore the good moves and just dismiss him as a joke. The manager isn't much help either. Haku (aka Meng) was able to carry multiple personas off easy because he was a great wrestler but more importantly he was naturally charismatic so he could play the wild hardcore animal as he did in WCW or the tag team technician with Tama and then Andre the Giant in WWE. I'm not sure Umaga has that same charisma but it is early in his career and he has time to reinvent himself.

If Umaga has any true wrestling ability, I have not seen it. What I have seen, however, is an overweight, overly-hyped, tribal figure with a big mouth, horrible finishing move, and an unbelievably annoying manager. Umaga a good wrestler? I think not.

Umaga is not a good wrestler. its a joke that they came up w/ the gimmick.

He is agile and powerful...but a good wrestler no...a good brawler...definitely!!!!!!!!!
