Not even close. T.O. is a talented receiver, but his selfish, self-serving, incredibly egregious attitude places him as a poor also-ran in the "best of" conversation. Absolutlely no comparison to the best who have played the game. Glassless, no personal character. His tainted "apology" to McNabb amply displays how far he'll go to avoid taking actual, personal accountability for his stubby behavior. A complete ***.

T.O. has an abundance of raw talent and has the potential to achieve career Hall of Fame stats. Doubt that he will ever seriously challenge some of the records Jerry Rice has set as this will demand a level of work ethics I don't believe T.O. has.
Maybe Parcells can help him become the player he can be but I'm gonna have to see it to believe it.

NO as has been said Jerry Rice is a better receiver. He is in the top 5 of wide outs right now. Not sure I would call him the best. Hines Ward has good hands and can block. I think that's a little better then just good hands.

Maybe the best Cowboy ever to choke. Ha Ha Ha.
He doesnt even content to be in the Hall of Fame one day. Maybe the Hall of Shame.
Has the poor guy won anything yet? NO.
He aint no Randy Moss, or Marvin Harrison, who keep on shocking everyone with the plays they make.
He makes outside shows to cause attention on himself. Thats how he shocks everyone, by everyone wanting to see him explode and cause the whole team to errupt and sometimes punch him in the big mouth he has.
But to answer your Q? No he aint the best player ever, nor is he close to being one.

No he is not. Jerry Rice is the best receiver, Dick Butkus the best on defense and Jim Brown the best running back.
