Swimming. You excersie your abdomen, arm, calf/leg, and neck muscles.
It also cools you down:P
Tennis makes you hot. Also you just excersise your hands/wrists
P.S, to the person who said who can swim that long:
I swam from 11:00 am till 5:00 pm, sometimes till 7:00 p.m, straight, about 5 times a week. But I DID feel super hungry..

Swimming
not only is it more refreshing and fun but swimming is also better for your health and body
In tennis there is a lot of use of one side of the body over the other so you develop your body unevenly which can cause problems at an older age.
In swimming, you are always using/ working both sides of your body evenly

Swimming actually does, but your body tells yourself to add a thin layer of fat onto your body to maintain your body temperature. That's why you mostly don't see swimmers all ripped and stuff. (Believe me, you have a lot of muscle, and it can show. Just not as much as other sports.) I like swimming, but tennis is more fun, but swimming makes you stronger.

Swimming. In swimming you exersize EVERY mussle in your body. This is unique only to swimming. Also, while swimming you don't put hamful stress on your joints that can lead to pain.

Swimming. Works more muscles, does not stress your hand and wrist, and you _can_ work up a sweat while swimming.
Tennis is more fun, tho :)
