I want to tickle my friend's feet really bad, and I don't know if I should take his socks off first.

Would it tickle him more if he was barefoot? Or would it tickle more if he still had his socks on?

It'll probably be easier if I don't have to get his socks off, first, though... but it would be worth the try if he reacted better.

What do you think? What would tickle his feet more? Should I tickle his feet with my fingers... or should I try using something else, like a feather?

Thanks for your help!

Socks off, yes. Maybe start with them on and then take them off to intensify the tickling.

I don't think feathers really work on people...

Barefoot is almost always more ticklish than with socks on. It is especially ticklish the the feet are warm just after the socks come off.

As for what would tickle his feet more, that is all based on his toleration's. For example, feathers do not tickle me very much but I turn into jello when a lady uses her nails on my feet. Other people laugh hysterically with a feather.

Other effective "toys" include soft, dry paint brushes, Sonicare electric toothbrushes and soft hair brushes.

Socks have to be off to get the full effect. Getting a nice feather would be good too.
