Am I allowed to keep and breed reticulated pythons IF i have an exhibitors license and only sell out of state?

It depends on your state and city codes. We keep and breed retics without any license and sell both in and out of state.
But because we only run our business online no license was needed.

First you need to find out if that particular snake is allowed where you live. Some places they are not.
Then call around and find out what all licensing you will need.
