Im curious because at the beginning it says this is Charlene, Big Kenny's sister and this song is for her and all the people out there like her. Then in the song it says "Someone ran away with her innocence."

no it's about women who are victims of pysical abuse though in awa i guess so but he wrote it for his sister who was abused by her guy

Yes it is. It is also about women who were abused.If you watch the video it shows many women who are rape and abuse victims. I think one of them is either John Rich's or Big Kenny's sister. It's a very beautiful song, and pretty touching.
