it's a german word from what i know. and the "o" always has these two dots on top of it

I think the umlauts (two dots) are over both o's. If they are, the way you make the sound is to try say 'ay' as in say with your lips in a circle. Just round your lips--you might hold them so you don't move them, and try for 'ay'.
Bö-zen-dör-fa If there are not umlauts (two dots), just pronounce the o regular (Boh-zen-dur-fa) check the spelling! German is pronounced EXACTLY as its spelled, once you get the umlauty thing and a couple of consonents down.

There is actually an umlaut over the first "o" which mutates the vowel. I live in a German community, and it is sometimes hard knowing how to correctly pronounce names.
The umlaut is only over the first "o"... not both.
