i had a full body workout and my triceps and chest are really aching, how can i recover for tommorow afternoon?

A warm epsom salt bath will help. About a cup for a full tub. Soak for as long as you can stand it.

Unfortunately, the 'best' way to get rid of those achy muscles, is to work them hard again 24 hours after the first workout. You'll feel much better tomorrow night ;)

Oh, and drink LOTS of water to help your body flush your system. Your urine should be clear. Good luck.

a jacuzzi or a warm bath with muscle relaxant in it. also try and stretch the muscle as it stops the lactic acid from causing pain in the area (lack of oxygen getting to the muscle)
