Tuesdays are least crowded. Ohio weather is unpredictable. Any time they are open, you should check weather.com no more than 3 days before you plan to do. The weather could still change even on such a short time frame.

spring or fall. I went to school next to the park. temp in the 90s and humidity to match with the long wait for most things are not fun this time of year.
