It could be the fan motor or the cooling fan relay or possibly the temperature switch !!!

Check the fan by putting a known good power source to it, it should come on. Check the p[ower source, put a test lite to the power lead going to the fan, it should lite is you have power. Check your fuses, the fan relay and the temp sending switch or temp sensor. These all work together in conjunction with the fan

You will need to check all wire connections to and from the sensor. If you have power going to the sensor, the sensor itself may be bad. You can test the sensor by disconnecting the wires running to it (usually two) and place a wire "jumper" between them. Turn the ignition on and see if the fan comes on and if it does the sensor is definitely bad. Good luck !
