i reckon most people ask this question when they've done/are considering doing something that might make things complicated for a while. normally this is a bad thing because we almost never think life is complicated when we're happy.
so, life can be simple if you just ask yourself this question every time you do/say something that you think will make it complicated:
did anyone die? or will anyone die?
if the answer is no, then your problem isn't nearly as bad as you think it is. and once you start realising this, you're on your way to a really simple life :)
truly, it works.

If life was simple there wouldn't be anything to look forward to in life, I know you are probably thinking "well, I wish it was simple" but think about it, if life was simple there wouldn't be the joy of learning something new! If it was simple we would never have to stretch our minds & emotions & would never grow as a species. In fact if life were simple I doubt we would be as evolved today as we are.

Life can be simple, its up to you to decide how complicated you want it to be, when you simplify your life, it gets so much better.
Just work out what you have that you dont need.
House contents, 'friends', hassles etc and do what it takes to get rid of them. Presto - simple life and contentment - bliss!

Because the streams of chaos negate simplicity, and without chaos there would be no choice, and without choice there is no good or evil and no morality, people would have to all choose identical life paths, and individuality would be destroyed. And if you weren't confused advertising wouldn't work. Nor would voting.

In fact life is quite simple, simply we- me and you make it difficult. Note life is whatever you think it is. if you concider life to be easy then it will become easy. ANyway you aren't losing anything with it!
