I'm a male and discovered a round disc under my nipple and when i squeeze it clear lieuid domes out?

I recently discovered a hard disc underneath my nipple. I am a male. When I squeeze them a clear liquid comes out? Any ideas what it is? Any suggestions to get rid of it?

I suggest you go to the doctor and get it checked.

It could be cancer.
