Click on Religious Signs and then choose the letter V. Then slide down to the word VEIL and click on it. You will see the video demonstrating the sign!

I'm assuming that you are referring to American Sign Language. With Sign Languages it helps if we know to which Sign Language you are referring since there are over a hundred Signging systems.

The American Sign Language sign for Veil is pretty simple. While yes, it can be fingerspelled, there is an actual sign still in usage by the Deaf community.

You take both your hands flat. Place them behind your head and drape them over the top of your head until they are in front of your eyes. Basically you are demonstrating the location of the veil. How should end with your fingers of each hand pointing to the fingers of the opposite hand in front of your eyes, but not touching. You may Mouth or say the word veil afterwards if necessary depending on to whom you are speaking.

If you know the sign language alphabet then you know how to sign the word veil. .
