The best mascara for that is oone that has a primer attached to it, the primer nourishes and protects your lashes, and the mascara goes on top. There are a lot of brands with a primer and mascara, but my fave that I have used for years is Revlon. LashFantasy.

I've never heard of a mascara that makes your lashes grow... Almay one coat is one of the best mascaras I've ever used. Esteee Lauder is the other best one I've used.

I like the Maybelle black mascara in the pink tube with the green wand. Many make-up artists use this one and its affordable and works fabulous

i dont think anything can MAKE ur eyelashes grow
but maybeline has some really nice mascara available at drug stores i recommend the new one with the pink brush

i love covergirl. but if you can get your hands on some marykay than that is the best but you can not get it at walmart.
