I've just bought a citrus clementine tree/bush. How do I know...?

Question

1) What type it is.
2) What size fruit it will produce
3) How tall it will go, it's currently 4ft from the top of the soil to the tip. The first branch starts at around 1.5ft.

PS - It has no flowers or fruit. When can I expect it to flower, then fruit?

not knowing your location i would take the bush /tree back to where you got it from and ask them to tell you the answers to your ? plant origin, plant type, ask for the label that should have been with the plant
