Depends on who you are or how much money you have.
If your dad was president .... yes
If your dad was Bill Gates ... yes
For ordinary folks who don't have money to buy satellite services, you might get lucky with a tour or something to a satellite demonstration from a company that produces the technology and uses your home as an example.
The closest you probably can get is something like Google earth.

If you download the google earth program you can see a collection of satellite photos for the whole earth in daylight. However, these are not live and are file images. To gain live feeds, you will need to pay usually a monthly premium and possibly an individual download fee for each area photo you download.

Not in real-time. Companies who provide commercial photography from satellites may have a viewer so that people can look up images online, such as TerraServer, but they are usually a year old or so to prevent them from having any intelligence value. You can commision a company to provide satellite photography of a particular are, but as you can guess, it is VERY expensive. The only people who have real-time, on-demand satellite photgraphic capabilities are the security agencies of governments, such as the United States' National Reconaissance Office (NRO).

I have a friend who has the computer satellite connection. He lives in California, and I live in Arizona. He can see my apartment from his Computer. So, if you get the feel of your new computer satellite connection, my guess is "Yes"!! Have fun with it, but dont abuse it , or their could be violations involved with that sort of thing. Just do legal things with it & enjoy!
