If I were a kid, I'd ask my parents if they had some jobs around the house that I could do for pay.
If I were an adult, I'd have a yard sale and clear out some stuff while making money from it. Then I'd work out a budget so I didn't get caught short again.

Use $1.00 to buy a lottery ticket. If you win, great. if you lise, you will still have $3.60 which is enough to buy a day bus pass in baltimore...I'd use that to go to different places and try to get help,lol. Being broke is no fun.
