good question, if the werent born then there would be no need for belly buttons. You know what I just thought about something, they were given them after being thrown out of the garden, because women would suffer in pregnancy

Yes, they did. God decided from day one that belly buttons would be very fashionable (innies only, of course. No one likes an outie) and gave the pair one of their own. He knew they'd mess up so it was also a way so that they wouldn't feel rejected and different when they had children of their own.
