Everyone tells me I am anerexic because in a day I only eat 1 apple per meal. I am 5'2, 12, and 60 pounds. I think I need to lose at least another 20 pounds to be considered on the skinny side. Dont u?

no. This is already too skinny. you need to talk to a Dr. or your parents. My daughter is 5 and 34 pounds. She is a halthy weight. but alittle thin. So you are def very thin. PLease don;t lose aqnymore weight you could be killing yourself.

I hope you aren't serious, because if you are, and you decide to lose another 20 lbs, that means you are 60 - 20=40 do the math 40 lbs is wrong, it is completely in humane! You are definitely unhealthy, you need to see that you have a problem anorexia and you need to see a doctor about helping you get to a normal weight. Why do you want to be skin and bones? That is gross, no guy likes that. 40 lbs is your average 5 year old. You should be at least 100lbs even that is less, but hey if you are worried it is much better than being 60 lbs. Please dont try and pull a Mary-Kate, it is completely unhealthy, she was 20 weighing 80ish lbs and that IS more than your 60lbs. So I really hope that if this isn't your joke, you should please go see a doctor, take care of yourself, I am sure you a beautiful even more so, when you gain the right amount of weight. You should eat more than an apple a meal. That is not a meal. If you don't want to be fat, then eat healthy work out, get a nice toned body and not be skinny skin and bones, because not only is that completely unhealthy but it is also gross. So please make an appointment with your doctor soon so that they can help put you on a more nutritious diet, so that you can tone up your body. And look beautiful once again! Good Luck! Okay sweetheart. You need a thorough slap upside the head. I have no idea what you look like, what your personality is, but i do know you need help. I'm sayin that in a sympithetic way. just hearing what you said makes my heart drop. You say you are 60 lbs, 5' 2", and 12 yrs old?! Well i am a girl a little older than you, in fact I'm 13, and very well educated, and already caring very much for your well-being and health. I'm looking to be a doctor, and know a TON about your disorder. You should be at least 80-100 pounds! You think you're fat? Just hearing your situation and i know you are most likely skin and bones. Have your parents even tryed doing anything to help you? You ARE anorexic. You NEED help. There are plenty of people in this world, this country, this state, and even your city who would do anything to help you out of this death-grip. Yeah, I said it's a death-grip, and it's holding on to your life like nothing else.

When you read this, I don't want you to think I'm some health freak or smart assed person trying to tell you what to do with yourself and your life, I think you should consider what I'm saying and ask yourself, "Where do I see myself in ten years?" Think of when you were younger, and you played "house" or "mommy and baby" and you pretended to be a married mother with a child. And think of when you got older, about the age you're at now, thnk of what you've wanted to do when you get older. Learn to drive, go to prom, maybe college, get married , and maybe have kids. If you want most or some of those, you need to stop thinking you're fat right now, start eating right. If you keep up this deadly habit IT WILL KILL YOU! So if that's not what you want, i suggest you start eating some real food.
You know something else? When you starve yourself, your body goes into "starvation mode" and when ever it gets some food, it stores it, as FAT!!! That means, by starving yourself, not compleatly, but enough to be Malnutritioned, your body will pack on that fat as if your were stranded on a remote island without food. So while you're trying to keep the pounds off and down, you're packing them on just as much. It's all just a big round circle. Hopefully this answer will make you think and realize you want to be normal and alive for that matter. Thank you for at least starting to get help, even if you didn't think you were getting help.

No,you don't! You're 12 years old and only 60 pounds?! You're height is 5'2. That is really skinny. You should gain some pounds actually instead of losing some.

Yeah, you're anorexic. Lemme tell you, I'd give anything 2 b as tall as u! I'm 13 and 4ft 11 it's not fun...

Trust me you do NOT want to go skinnier. You might die. Your family loves you, as do your friends. They care, and would be utterly devastated if you died.

Please go see a counselor for some advice and possibly a healthy eating schedule. If not for yourself, do it for your family and others who care about you.

Don't worry. If you confide in them. I know they will be supported 100%.

Please don't die. Who knows, you might one day invent something or find the cure for a currently incurable disease! Talk to your parents, your friends, or a counselor.

We can't lose you just cuz of the stupid media with all their silly ideas about anythoing other than anorexia being fat! And we can't forget the scary monster called peer pressure, either.

How about gaining 30 or even 40 pounds? You are way under weight and need to gain more. You could be killing yourself.
And you need to eat a balanced meal. Not just an apple at each meal.

I am not trying to be rude but I hate when girls that are super skinny say that they are fat..I wanna let you know that when you get older in a couple years..all that skinnynis will become nasty.You probably should gane some weight.In the later teenage years I think that around 110 is skinny(super!)Well I wasn't trying to be mean in any way but I hope that I helped!

If you lose anymore weight you're going to disappear. Seriously, its so sad that you are only 12 years old and you're so concerned about your weight. You should be at least 100 lbs for your height to be considered normal and HEALTHY. I really think you should see a doctor that can give you better information about your health and diet than anyone here.

.I think you need a shrink and some good food.At this pace you will be a skin and bones corpse soon. For Gods sake get on a reasonable diet. Food for the body is what gas is for a car.Think about that. And as for the rest of you-Have a little compassion it sounds like you will be needing some for yourselves soon..

f**k no!! s**t im 5'8", 13, and 143lb and i dont consider myself fat. i run a mile every 3 days, i do push ups, sit ups, lift weights... im in the best shape of my life so far. u say ur 60 pounds and ur fat, hell i weight twice as much as you and im not fat. u saying that pisses me off. maybe u should GAIN 20 pounds!!!and dont listen to what others say about u. u decide 4 urself
