Me:
1. Atticus Finch. Love him. HE's wise, everything. I like Atticus.
2. I thought more about people now. I stopped condemning. I should think of who's the mockingbirds and who's the bluejays.
3. Favoite Part? The trial. It was a page turner and I was so moved by Atticus's closing remark.
4. 5 starts! TOTALLY! 5 stars, or shall I say 10! It's such a beautiful, a wonderful story.

I just finished reading it yesterday.
My favorite character is Scout. You see life through the eyes of this wondering little girl, who is greatly insulted by "Your acting like a girl!".
You see her concept of the world, others, and herself over the three years the book covers. Which is 1st grade to 3rd grade.
My favorite scene is the mob that has come to hang Jim, where her father is sitting guard. Her innocent misunderstanding of the incident awes her father, and shames and humbles the mob.
Also the last scene, where she shows a wisdom beyond her years. When her father asks her if she understands, and her comparing the situation to killing a mockingbird. Again awing her father.
I would has to rate the book and the movie both 5 stars.

I give this 10 hugs! ma wrote one the other day that spoke to me on an intuitive level. Deep as if connected I felt her poem. I know this poem and wish I could have come up with the tools you used to deliver it- I love the way you chose the dictionary, calendar, well meaning and future hope. I really don't think some people will ever feel the realization of deeper understanding. This leaves me with remembering the grief that I am truly alone because nothing and no one can at times make it better. My spirituality is the only porthole and even then because I am not perfect, I doubt. I know I've "gone off" from where this lead but lol that is me. BTW- Love the last line so very much.

Have read the book at least twice and seen the movie, I think Gregory Peck is in the Movie. Someone will let me know if I'm mistaken. This book is part of my personal Library. I don't have a favorite character because I feel all are equally good and lend an important part to the story. If a person has morals and stands for justice, memories of this book stay around their whole life. 5*

1.Atticus Finch as well! He's very wise and also a gentleman. He's also a loving father to Scout and jem :)
2.Yeah,it did.I saw the world differently...all the racism and prejudice...but it also taught me how NOT to act :)
3.I don't really have a favourite part, but I like the parts with those meaningful quotes. The part in the court scene when Atticus 'busted' Bob Ewell was classic :)
4.5 stars.It was a great book.So much hidden meanings and good quotes.It was a classic.The movie wasn't bad either.

I think Boo Radley maybe. Something about him I can relate to.
Yes. The story made me think about my family and wish we could have been closer.
My favorite part is the ending. I kind of wish they would've taken the whole thing to trial, just to see what it would turn out like. I think maybe it would've been unrelated to the real theme of the story, but still.
Definitely 5 stars. I can't put my finger on it, but it's just so good for some reason.

I read it such a long time ago! I should not be answering but I am compelled even if my answer is incomplete. You see, sometimes I'll remember a book as one I loved and that marked me, without remembering more. It's a 5 star book.

I liked Scout's gentle humor.
It made me realize courage is a far cry from Hemingway's "Grace under pressure" - that old lady drooling into her housecoat but, finally, beating her morphine habit had more courage than a dozen bullfighters.
No favorite part.
5 of 5; accurate, a good way to see what it was like, funny, moving.
