The mets have a very good chance of winning the world series considering Albert Pujous is injured and no other NL team thus far have proven themselves worthy. The mets only concern right now is pitching.They have an old pitching rotation and they might break down as the season wears on.
P.S. They should trade for the D-Willis

Former Phillies fan here, they are doing well and they have many good players, but you have to consider how weak the division is. Although the Braves are very talented and aren't doing well at the moment, you can never count them out. The Phillies and Nationals are nothing to worry about. But all-in-all, the Mets are very capable and I see the Cardinals as the only team in the Major Leagues that have a good chance of stopping them. I'd put the Mets odds at 3-1.

Yes they have a good chance. This Met's team does not rely on 1 or 2 guys to win games for them. The Mets have a solid team with a good bench.

No, an AL team will win the WS. Either the A's, the White Sox, the Red Sox, or the Indians.

Nine and a half games out in first place...yeah, they are having a stellar year. It's good to see them coming together.
Lets hope it's a Subway Series, then it's anyone's guess who will win.

I think they have a chance. But it IS pretty early in the season. After the All-Star break we'll know who's gonna come out on top.
My 2 favorite teams are on top! I'm loving this year!
Tigers vs. Mets .... I would just die!

They may do very well in the NL, but stand no chance against the defending world champions, Chicago White Sox.

it will be a struggle to reach the world series for the mets but they can probably do it but if they do make it they will have a tough game against white sox or detroit.

Yeah...they have a good chance.They just have to make sure not to get too comfortable with where they are because it isn't even half way through the season yet.
