theres racism , or many obstacles.......help me...

I wish I could help, but I've never lived in either place. You'll pretty much encounter racism and obstacles throughout your entire life...especially being a foreigner/minority, that's why you sometimes have to fight a bit harder than the normal person would. But once you're a lawer you'll be kickin' major butt... set your goals, and don't allow anyone to get in your way! Good luck!, T

I think the rents and the crime--even the high-crime neighborhoods are expensive--would be larger problems for you than racism. There are a lot of Latinos in DC, but the largest group seems to be Salvadorans. In the District Latinos tend to concentrate in Adams-Morgan, Columbia Heights, and other neighborhoods just east of Rock Creek Park.

Not at all. This is probably the most diverse area in the country. You will see people of every ethnicity and they are all accepted and get along. You will love it here.
