Which one do you think it the ultimate superhero and why?

I think it depends on the individual fan. While they are the 3 most recognizable super-heroes, each one has made a niche for himself.
Superman is the granddaddy of super-heroes. The first of his kind. He is the big blue boy scout. The ultimate immigrant success story.
Batman is the non-super super-hero. If Superman is the daytime super-hero, Batman owns the night. He is a man with a mission. A troubled past. The ultimate loner who always seems to be working with others.
Then you have Spidey. He is the everyman hero. He showed super-heroes can have flaws, but can overcome them. He was a young super-hero, but nobody's sidekick. No matter how much good he did, the police still was after him and the very newspaper publisher he worked for wanted his head on a platter because he thought Spidey was a menace to society.
Each one is an icon, but each are very different. I say all 3 are ultimate super-heroes, but for very different reasons.

Personally I think Spiderman is the best. In a fight or something like that obviously Superman would win by sheer force, but that's he has going for him. Spiderman, however, possesses not only superhuman strength, but also a superior intellect in his favor. So now it comes down to Batman and Spiderman. I believe Spiderman is superior, although they are very much similar. Spiderman uses ingenuity and quick wits to defeat his enemies, while Batman relies on his high tech gadgets, and more police like investigation skills. Now Batman is an intelligent person, but let it be known that if not for immense fortune he would not be a superhero. I think we should also look at motives, in this field I think Superman wins with Spiderman close in second. Batman is a hero because his parents were murdered and he now seeks revenge in the form of justice, he is angry and wants to set things right. Spiderman is a superhero because his uncle was murdered doing the right thing, he doesn't want revenge, but instead he learned from his uncle and is now doing in his likeness he's doing what he thinks is right for it's own sake, he sees that he is exceptional and is living up to his responsibility. Finally, Superman as far as I know is doing good because he also sees he's exceptional and is living up to his responsibility, but because that's how he was raised on earth, he sees hes stronger and automatically does what is right for no other reason than that. So Superman is the noblest of the three, but for previously stated reasons I believe Spiderman is the bets overall.

Batman is the coolest of the three. He has defeated Superman on several occasions when they have been on different sides. He fights and wins thru innovation, invention and skill, not bogus pumped up powers. He is also grim, brooding, and ruthless when he needs to be.
Superman is the lamest hero ever. You would think a being of his power might take a lesson in hand to hand combat or martial arts or something. instead he gets his shorts knocked around all day by the lamest of villians. Hmm, I am gonna make a super hero. What should his powers be? Oh I know!! I'll make him infinitely powerful and indestructible and no one can beat him. Wait he needs a lame weakness....oh I got it, radiation from kryptonite. Done.
Spiderman is cool because he is funny. At least in the comic book. Otherwise he is lame too.

Personally, I would have to say Superman. I choose him because he has the most powers and only has one weakness. Spiderman can be easily beat up and injured. Batman has no real power except his will to bring justice to the city of Gothem. Overall, Superman would be the ultimate superhero.

Come one, this is an easy one. Superman of course. He's the ultimate superhero because he has superhuman strengths. Batman and Spiderman has got nothing on him.

Definitely Batman! He's the only human of the three which makes him more vulnrable & easier to relate to. Also, he's got lotsa cash. I just hope nobody makes Michael Keaton or George Clooney play batman again. Val Kilmer is the ultimate. i was very dissaponted with Batman Begins.

Well Spiderman, mainly cause Superman has the easiest weakness, Kryptonite so all spidey has to do is web it to him. And batman has no actual powers so i think spiderman would out right kick his ****.

superman because he has been out for years shows movies superman was out when my parents was little superman is the ultimate hero the rest are good to but they cannot and will not compare to supertman they even have a new movie coming out..
