Normally I would say "no" don't tell but since he is your friend too and he told you about your own boyfriend than I think it would be appropriate to let him know. Maybe you could decide by saying, "would you want to know if she was cheating on you?" and go from there. Keep in mind, if he has come on to you and let you know he's interested, then he is, in a sense, cheating on her too. I think it's cheating when a person is testing the waters to see what else they may be able to get their hands on. Of course in this case he may have every intention of breaking up with her and going out with you if you show that you are interested.

Are you wishing to tell him because you know he likes YOU?
Or are you doing for him as a friend?
It sounds like a little of both, and I'd say let their mistakes fall on each others laps, not both drop on yours because you have invited yourself into their circle
It is up to you and your heart at the end of the day, where does your loyalties lie?
I'd think about it before opening your mouth because two friends may both become strangers, the neutral partner can keep both if wise

You bet I would and in a heart beat. I don't like a cheater at all!! What you need to do is let him know that she is cheating on him and do like they do on CHEATERS, if you know where she is going to be at with this other person, let him see her with that other person in person so that there is no way she can say you was lying on her. Let her be caught "red handed" with someone and him see them together.

If he didn't ask, I wouldn't offer info. You know, maybe he knows what kind of person she is. Possibily he doesn't want to face it. He may not be ready to loose the relationshiop yet. Who knows!?! If you tell him, he might be forced to take some actions. Just let things unfold at their own time.

If you are truly his friend and are not going to tell him this to start drama, then I feel that you should definitely tell him because he doesn't deserve to be cheated on.

No, no, no, no, no.
Why do so many of you young adults think you have to run TELL everything to everybody?? You just cause more problems.
Leave this problem alone. It is none of your business.
