how i can broken code dvd for laptop brand acer?

as you know all de lap tops has a limit to change the region to see dvd in region 1 or 4, i bought an Acer 3620 laptop, and a i have only 5 times for change the region.
some one know how change the region to multiregion???

i use a program called VLC from http://www.videolan.org and i dont need to change any settings it will keep playing any dvd from any country, since i have an acer 3010.
