What's the problem? You dance to the music; you pay the band.

If you don't want to pay child support, then learn to keep it in your pants.

If you are court ordered to pay it, then I suggest you pay it and pay it on time. That child didn't ask to be born but now that he/she is, he/she deserves to have his/her needs taken care of. Pay up.

You pay the child support. If you are suppose to receive it, and are not, then report it to the court.

If you loose your job or it changes, go to the court house and file additional paper work. You may be able to pay a reduced amount while un-employed, or in the new job.

If the ex is making more money, you may be able to file in some states for a re-evaluation of child support. But this also takes a look at your finances again.

Let us be clear : child support is not a problem, it is an obligation. Now that you see it under a different perpective, we should agree that paying up is the obligation. Think that any idea that you may conceived not to pay child support is a bad idea and the consequences will be bad for you.

i suggest for you to pay , or you could ask to give up all your rights to your child / children ! with only agreement from the mother , if of you have to go before the judge to decide ! But, until what ever is decided you need to pay , just like you need things that child/ children need things also , !

You really haven't said what the problem is?but if its court ordered u have to pay or u will lose ur driving license's or u will be jailed in some states if u are 5,000.00 behind,or they can garnish your wages. So if i was u I would pay and stay out of trouble. It will also be on your credit report too.this is only what could happen to u if u don't pay OK.
