perhaps u want to clean Internet folder .... in Internet explorer, click on tools in menu bar, select Internet options, this will open a new box. in middle section u will have delete cookies & delete files, click both and u r done!

Internet folders?? I beleive you want to delete the files which are stored in temp dir when you browse...
For that go to Tools menu.. then option... and click on Delete files button... and delete cookies.
To clear history of websites visited.. press clear history

Right click on your Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop -on the menu that appear- left click on the "Internet Properties". on the window that appear - under temporary Internet files select "Delete Cookies button" and "Delete Files" by left clicking on them,windows will appear for confirmation READ THEM FISRT to be sure of your options then continue, the file will then be removed.

just select and delete to send to recycle bin.
