Direct 3d, help!!!!?

when I open my PJ64, it asks me about Jabo's Drect 3D, when I try 2 configure, it says to initalize the dll first, how do I do this??? plz assist

Resinstall another version of DirectX.It will solve the problem.Install the latest version.
